The strategic mission of the Ghana Federation of American Football (GFAF) is driven by the leadership of two National Football League (NFL) players, whose journeys through the sport have inspired a creation of similar pathways for the youth of Ghana.

Supporting this vision is a distinguished group of founding team members and board leaders who have, for years, been actively engaged in grassroots sports development across Ghana. Through sustained community programs, youth clinics, mentorship initiatives, and talent identification efforts.

Together, they represent a committed leadership team focused on advancing the growth of American football in Ghana while creating meaningful and lasting opportunities for the next generation.
